All orders are sent using a tracked form of delivery therefore you can see where your item is throughout it's entire journey to your door.

The easiest and quickest way to contact us is via email. Please note that emails are generally replied back to within 24-48hrs (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Returns Policy:

Please note that we accept returns on all items as long as they are returned in their original packaging unopened and unused within 60 days of purchase. You will need to fill out the returns form attached to your order and either arrange for our courier to collect from you or drop it off at your local Collect+ point. Refund will be issued once the product is received back and checked over to ensure no use has been made. If you order is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible via email and we will issue you a replacement. All orders come with a minimum of 1 year warranty as standard.

Warranty:

All our products come with a minimum of 1 years warranty. You will receive your invoice alongside your warranty number for your order in the post as a hard copy. Please keep this safe and submit it to the manufacturer upon receving your order as the date of purchase will be shown on your invoice. You maybe asked to provide a copy of the original warranty invoice if making a claim therefore please ensure you keep the original paperwork safe as we cannot issue you with any copies.

FAQs:

- How long do orders take to be processed? We aim to process all orders within 5-7 working days from the date of receiving your order.

- I received my tracking number, where do I track it? You can track your order on the Parcel Force website. 

- When I enter my tracking number on the Parcel Force website, it does not allow me to see the whereabouts of my order, what can I do? Most of our orders are delivered directly from our international warehouses, when you receive your tracking information, it will not automatically update, the tracking number sent to you is assigned to your order, therefore when your order reaches the UK for final delivery, it will be put on the order before it leaves to reach it's final destination. At this point the tracking information will update and you will be able to see its progress.

- I have made an order but now wish to cancel it, what do I do? As long as your order has not yet been processed for dispatch, you just need to email us with your order number and name requesting to cancel the order and we will cancel and refund you.

- How long does it take for a refund to get back to me? Refunds take 2-5 working days to be returned back to your account, however can take up to 10 working days to appear back into your account depending on your bank.

- Do you offer any form of faster shipping service? Unfortunately no, we do not offer any other form of shipping at the moment however this is something we are looking to work on in the future.

- Why have I received my warranty separate from my order? Your order is arriving from the EU or USA, therefore even though it will be a UK specified product, we send you out a UK warranty invoice to cover you for any claims you may make in the future due to Brexit which will not cover your product for any future issues. This protects your product within the UK and is required for any returns or warranty claims with the manufacturer.

Location

Orders are dispatched from various locations depending on the items. We will either bundle your items into the same package if more than one item is ordered or you may receive several packages depending on the number of items ordered and where the items are being shipped from. Please allow at least 30 working days for all your items to arrive although items are delivered much sooner in most cases. Our office hours are stated below and we are unable to offer a collection service from our offices.
